Hanover Parent Child Community Program
The Hanover Parent Child Community Centers are open to all parents and their children in several school communities.
The programs are facilitated by an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) and we are a play-based program with a holistic approach to children’s early childhood development and a safe space for parents to ask questions and build relationships with each other and staff. We strive to make everyone feel welcome and value the contributions of each person. We are a resource to build community relationships and connections within our schools. Join us in your community school for story time, songs, crafts, play and snack time.
The HPCC program is provided to promote school readiness. Children will have the opportunity to play, learn, create, sing, and develop skills to prepare them for kindergarten. Parents will be able to visit with other parents and participate in activities with their children. Programming is free, you do not need to sign up or register and families can attend once or twice a week or drop by when able. Families can also attend any of the programs in the Hanover School Division.
